Delete your account

Cerebro lets you initiate account deletion yourself. After verification, your login is deleted and you are removed from every company. Company business records remain with the company, including historical attribution of who created them.

If you are the only owner of a company, transfer ownership first. Closing a company and deleting all of its business records is a separate request so an account deletion cannot accidentally erase the company's jobs, invoices, photos, or audit history.

For security, use the email address on your Cerebro account. Support will verify account ownership before acting on a request.
